Cairo

It’s been a couple of months since we returned from our 9 day trip to Egypt, which was our biggest adventure as a family yet. So much happened on our trip – we toured Cairo, spent lots of time with family, ate an astonishing amount of food, went shopping, flew to Luxor and toured awe-inspiring tombs and incredible temples. For Robert it was his second visit to Egypt but for the kids it was a complete departure from anything they had ever experienced before. Even so, they very much enjoyed the trip.

There’s just too much to cover in any depth… so instead, here’s a small selection of images from our trip starting with highlights of Cairo, where we spent the majority of our time. The focus was spending time with family, which we did every day. That part of our trip was truly unforgettable.
